Yay! PanPurinProduction's booth has been confirmed by the Malaccan GACC committee!It seems that quite a few people are going to the Singapore Toy Games and Comic Convention instead of GACC, the timing is pretty bad, if I could I'd like to go for both events......orz.....

ANYWAY! The panpurin peeps will be selling our old stock (check our DA journal if you're curious~)and also new felt merchandise! All our felt merchandise are hand made with lotsa love by and so our stock is very very very limited! Be sure to check out our booth during GACC ya! We didn't reprint any of our previous stock so all that's left is a very limited amount.....ah, and the Miku badges are out of stock, sorry ne..

By the way, (she may or may not make it during the 2nd day to do chibi commissions)and I will be commissioning during GACC, but if you want fanart commissions please bring some reference pictures of the characters, I'm very outdated with new anime titles so I may not know how to draw the character without reference orz T_________________________T

P/S: Oh, and everyone, remember to take care, don't catch the flu yea!I heard that the price for checking whether you have swine flu is RM 1200 in the private hospitals in Malacca, so you should have a basic idea about how much it'll cost if you end up in the hospital with a case of the flu....@@;;

Heehee... I've been eager to try this, especially since I feel like I can only draw something satisfying once I have a theme in mind...

So..if it's not too much trouble, I want you guys to give me some suggestions! This time, I wanna explore both illustration and character design, so, I need more specific themes, or themes with combined elements. For example, instead of just "draw a magician", I'd prefer something like "draw a magician from a a faraway desert planet" or whatever, sometimes, the wackier it is, the better!!~ you know what I mean rite? 0_o; There are a few things I wanna explore such as steam punk, sci-fi, fantasy landscape, robot design, or monster design to challenge myself, so, any requests?

Oh, other than that, GACC is coming~WOOT, I can't wait!! The Panpurinpeeps are gonna try set up a booth a gain this time~Hoohoohoo, it should be really fun ~who else is going??

Ola, it's me, shamelessly submitting a new journal entry after 2 months of absence from DA. I realized that I haven't been drawing personal works as much as I used to during my first semester in college, and that I find it almost impossible to produce good assignments and nice personal works at the same time. Why is that? Do you guys have this problem too? Most of the time I do have ideas swimming around my head, but as soon as I try to draw it out on paper, I have this sense of guilt that weighs upon me, since I should be doing assignments instead of drawing personal works. So I end up making quick, random doodles in my sketch book, just parts of ideas here and there. Because of this, I start to worry about improving my composition and coloring. It's kinda annoying, guh... I wanna draw a proper picture and color it !!!! >A<

Other than that, I have to admit, I've been slacking of a lil' on college work. I seemed to have lost some of that drive that I had from before. It,s weird...I'm trying to regain it again. Now that I'm aware of this problem, I shall work harder from this day onwards!!

Also, I think I've recently realized how bad I am at thinking up long stories for manga, I really seem to suck at it. But lately, I've been itching to draw manga. I mean, it sure is a great way to improve one's skills, and it was a past activity of mine meant to help me forget about my worries in the real world. Ha...how nostalgic...I wanna draw more personal works and manga...I just need a story.., a good, unmainstream-ish story..

My holidays should arrive in about a months time, at that time, I shall draw more!!! But for now, its back to work!

P/S: Whenever I write journals, they serve more as reminders than anything else, so my journal entries do sound a lot like a monologue sometimes.

Happy New Year everyone!!! Once again its the beginning of a new year, last year was really eventful for me, and I did learn a lot, make many new friends, and grow up a little more. I hope it was a good year for all of you as it has been for me!

These are my (very personal) New Year resolutions for the coming year, cuz' everyone needs some aims for the future XD;;:

i) I will not spend beyond my budget of RM 600 per month!
ii) I will call home more often! (lol)
iii) I have to draw mecha, animals and(or) muscles woot!!!
iv) I will not goof around so much during the weekends, so I can get more work done!
v) I will perform better to get better grades than this semester's!

Hmm..that's all I think, hopefully I can fulfill at least half of the above...it would make my life so much better...==;;
